This is a tiny production rosé, partially raised in sandstone amphora, from one of Provence’s greatest houses. Beautiful, salmon colored with lots of vibrant, red berry and blood orange aromatics. The aromatics build as the wine opens up. strawberries and orange peel, with mediterranean herbs. This is not shy rosé. Splendid.
