Thibaud Boudignon originally hails from Bordeaux, but since 2009 has been making a name for himself as one-to-watch in the Loire. He emphasizes the importance of good farming, is committed to organic and biodynamic practices, and produces wines of precision and poise. This wine is aromatic, intense, and seamless in its assembly. It brings gorgeous fruit and minerality, like drinking a white peach and concorde pears from a gleaming edged cut piece of quartz.
