While our ultimate goal is to open a neighborhood restaurant in Portland, we’re keeping busy finding ways to share the Coquine experience with as many people as we can along the way.

Chefs go Coastal
Hosted by Restaurant Beck in Depoe Bay, Oregon
Chefs Go Coastal is an event celebrating the food of the Northwest and the ingredients available from the Oregon Coast. Justin and Stormee Wills of Depoe Bay’s acclaimed Restaurant Beck have invited a select group of chefs to participate over the course of three days for a one of a kind collaborative dinner event. Through months of planning, and a pre-dinner coastal foraging trip, the chefs have organized a unique series of over 24 courses to be served over three days.Dinners on Thursday and Friday each feature three guests chefs alongside the host restaurant for a menu in six courses with wine pairings. Saturday will feature a twelve course menu and pairings showcasing the talents of all the guest chefs and Restaurant Beck. Each night’s menu will be unique and delicious.

IPNC’s Passport to Pinot
Spend the afternoon sampling wines from over international 70 Pinot Noir producer and 15 local chefs at the world’s premier Pinot Noir event. Hosted at McMinnville’s historic Linfield College, this event is not to be missed by any wine lover.

Pop-up dinners and restaurants are the culmination of inventive culinary themes and vanguard chefs, so we’ve gathered together our favorite “pop stars” including Sarah Simmons (City Grit, NYC) along with local pop heroes Katy Millard (Coquine, Portland) and Will Preisch and Joel Stocks (Holdfast Dining, Portland) in one kitchen for one night to create what is sure to be a once-in-a lifetime meal.
